For Returns:
• All our products have a 7-days returns policy.
• Please ensure that all the parts and screws of the product are all accounted for, along with the original packaging (box) of the product.
• Please make an appointment with our representative to arrange for an appointment for the returning of item. Very important Need to show your purchase invoice for exchange or return.
For Exchanges:
• All our products have a 7-days 1-to-1 exchange policy
• Please ensure that all the parts and screws of the product are all accounted for, along with the original packaging (box) of the product.
• You may opt to exchange to a similar model, or choose a higher/lower priced item. We will either refund the difference or require you to top up.
• Please make an appointment with our representative to arrange for an appointment for the exchange of item. Very important Need to show your purchase invoice for exchange or return.
Criteria for Refund/Return/Exchange:
1. Product must be in original packaging, brand new, unused and not assembled.
2. Refund/Return/Exchange should be done at warehouse or at buyer’s house with a fee.
3. Seller will only honor Manufacturing defects and Missing/Damaged parts.
4. If Exchange is possible, Exchange will be processed.
5. Refund/Return due to personal reasons will have an extra charge
