How to Make Returns or Exchange?

If you are unsatisfied with the product that you purchased from SPEEDSMOUNT, you are welcomed to either make a return or do an exchange.

Returns:

  • You can return any product within 7 days.

  • Ensure all parts, screws, and the original box are included.

  • Contact our team to schedule a return appointment.

  • You must show your purchase invoice for the return.

Exchanges:

  • You can exchange any product within 7 days for another one.

  • Include all parts, screws, and the original box.

  • Choose a similar model or a different-priced item. We’ll refund the difference or ask for extra payment if needed.

  • Contact our team to arrange an exchange appointment.

  • You must show your purchase invoice for the exchange.

Rules for Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:

  1. The product must be brand new, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  2. Returns or exchanges can occur at our warehouse or your home (with a fee).

  3. We only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects or missing/damaged parts.

  4. If an exchange is possible, we’ll process it.

  5. Returns or exchanges for personal reasons will incur an extra fee.
