Need below information to recommend the right bracket for you

1 ceiling or wall material (If you are not sure. send us the ceiling or wall picture is ok)
2 ceiling height (If you ceiling is more than 3 meter high, may need to add a extension pole to make TV at eye level)

3 TV weight?
4 TV VESA hole distance on the back of TV.

For installation, If it is partition ceiling, our installer will help to cut hole in the ceiling. But they will not help to fill up the ceiling hole after installation.)
