Q: The remote control is not working. How to troubleshoot ?

  1. Check the batteries: See if the indicator light on the remote control turns on. If it lights up, the issue may be with the controller, and you might need to replace the controller and the remote control.
  2. Pair the remote control: Press the “2H” button on the remote, then turn on the power switch for the fan (the switch on the wall). When the fan is powered on, the remote will automatically pair with the fan.  The pairing process takes about 5 seconds, and if successful, the indicator light will flash once or the buzzer will beep once.
