How to use the pole height?
1. hold the lower pole with one hand and the upper pole with the other.
2. pulling out the upper POLE section. 
3. adjust pole to the required height.
4. turn the upper pole clockwise to tighten. 
5. turn the upper pole counterclockwise to loose.
Note: The interface in the middle does not need to be tightened
